Dr. Dawn M Robinson Murphy

Hello, I’m Dr. Robinson Murphy and welcome to Bliss Wellness! I am a licensed Chiropractic physician that specializes in a full-body approach to health. The full-body approach includes Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Auriculotherapy and Cupping services. I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield Missouri, class of 1999, where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree and post-doctoral certification in acupuncture! In March of 2000, I started my practice at the current location.

As of May 2021, Belleville Area Chiropractic has undergone a transition, service changes and rebranding. We are now Bliss Wellness. This change was inspired by my own health changes as I entered into my 40s. It was important to expand from strictly a Chiropractic clinic to overall wellness therapies. I am passionate about assisting men and women of all ages with a variety of health complications ranging from hormonal imbalance to overall pain. We also offer Chirothin Doctor supervised weight-loss programs. That includes all of our services, including our Vevazz body sculpting Lipo-Laser services! This allows our clients to say goodbye to unwanted stubborn fat that has bothered them their entire life. It’s amazing and rewarding for me to see my clients transition into happier healthier individuals.

Hello, I’m Felicia! I am the office manager and Esthetician here at Bliss Wellness. I have been specializing in skincare health for over 30 years. I am deeply passionate about proper skin health and committed to offering my clients the best, most effective, and LASTING solutions to achieve any skincare goal. That includes acne and dark spot management, resurfacing, skin aging, and more!

As the office manager, I also run the day-to-day operations here at Bliss Wellness. From scheduling appointments, phone calls, and more! I have been going to Belleville Area Chiropractic for over 2 years and have done a variety of their services. With the amazing support of Dawn and Felicia, I've lost 75 pounds.
